Every time I think I’ll never knit another pair of stockinette socks again, suddenly it seems like a good idea, and yet another stockinette sock springs forth from the needles.
This one was cast on because, well. A few reasons. One, I had the exact same Koigu socks already made, two years old and kind of too short, badly short-rowed, and there might have been an incident one might call “washing them with the red clothes”. Maybe.
There was also possibly the whole “wow I feel so sick I can barely knit horcrux #2 without making mistakes” thing. And I can’t screw up stockinette. Much. So there you go.
Who doesn’t love a pair of simple well fitting socks? I know I do.
